RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

At Playful Paradise, our top priority is your satisfaction with our products. We want you to be comfortable and confident when shopping with us and love the things you order from us. We treat the trust our customers have placed in us with utmost importance and want to ensure the safety of everyone while we indulge in play.  

Due to the intimate nature of the products encountering parts of our body and possibly body fluids, we are therefore unable to provide returns, exchanges or refunds on any purchases, for health and hygiene reasons. We apologise that we are not able to make any exceptions, even if the packaging is unopened. Once the products leave our facilities, we will consider them to be used and therefore cannot be returned. We seek your kind understanding in the matter and would like to emphasize that this policy serves to protect each of our consumers as well as ourselves. 

In the interests of health, hygiene and safety, we promise to deliver only new, clean and unused products to our customers. Our strict returns policy enables us to deliver on that promise, so you can have peace of mind knowing that no one else has ever used any of the products you purchased from us.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. Do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly team should you have any enquiry or require any assistance. We are here to help you make informed decisions and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases.

DEFECTS & DISCREPANCIES 

Defects

We curate and ensure that all products shipped out are in good working condition. If you received a product that you believe has manufacturer's defect, please inform us with image(s) via email at at tickleme@playful.sg or WhatsApp +65 89441437 within 24 hours of receipt. Please do note that such defects should be reported before any use, as wear and tear will not qualify as proof of initial defects.

Our team will review the eligibility of a replacement. We will offer a 1-to-1 exchange of the product, or if unavailable, an alternative product of equal value. Proof of purchase in the form of order invoice number, receipt or credit card statement is required. Each identified defective will only be entitled to one exchange. We reserve the right to refuse replacement and reject items deemed damaged by misuse, accidental or incidental damages, at our discretion.

We do not offer on-site replacements, thus we will make arrangements with you to hand the faulty or defective item to us. In the event that you wish to ship the product back to us, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Discrepancies

We understand that measurement accuracy is important when it comes to our products, and we strive to provide you with as much accurate information as possible. However, due to variations in measurement techniques and equipment, there may be a slight margin of error in the dimensions provided by manufacturers. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds solely on the basis of these small variations.

In the unlikely event that a wrong item was being delivered, Playful Paradise will replace the correct one as soon as possible. The return item(s) must not be used or removed from the original packaging.

WARRANTY

Mechanical or electronic products carries a warranty period which varies between products. Please refer to the warranty information as indicated. If you face any issue, please reach out to us.

We will offer a direct replacement of the product, or if unavailable, an alternative product of equal value. 

We highly recommend that you register your products’ warranty with the original manufacturers, if available. You are advised to keep the original box/packaging, accessories and proof of purchase intact to file a claim.
